YOUR ROLE
In this role, you should expect to:
- Design, develop, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform for large national and international clients;
- Work across various modules, with a focus on ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery, ensuring alignment with best practices and client needs;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;
- Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and solution validation;
- Lead or support integration efforts with third-party systems using APIs;
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and platform capabilities, applying them to improve solution quality and efficiency;
- Take advantage of opportunities for professional development and career growth within a dynamic and supportive environment.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, including customization, scripting, and module configuration;
- Strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, and Certificate Management;
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API for scripting and automation;
- Experience designing and implementing custom workflows and automated processes;
- Solid understanding of REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems;
- Proven ability in problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization;
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), with active participation in sprint planning and reviews;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (both verbal and written); additional languages are a plus;
- Organized and structured in your approach to work, with attention to detail and quality.
Nice to Have:
- ServiceNow certifications such as:
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and App Engine Studio;
- Experience with UI customization (Service Portal / Employee Service Center);
- Understanding of ITIL processes and their application within ServiceNow.
