This is an exciting opportunity to work as an internal consultant to ensure our operational compliance and support our own business transition towards a more sustainable future. You will be supporting the Environmental Management System (ISO14001) and Energy Management System (ISO50001) for France and Morocco. Consequently fluent French language is essential. Your opportunities as Group EHS Consultant at Capgemini

Globally Capgemini has around 40 countries, 300 sites and over 98% of our headcount covered by our EMS - ISO14001.
We now have a specific requirement for someone to support our ISO140001 & 50001 programe for France and Morocco (based in NL). Our group EHS consultants are internally facing, and responsible for supporting compliance of the assigned country/region with the Group Management Systems, the relevant ISO standards, and for promoting and monitoring performance of our sustainability objectives.

In short:

• Deploy the Group Management Systems for a designated coutry and/or region.
• Establish legal and other compliance requirements and their relevance to our business.
• Liaising with and supporting key stakeholders, hosting regular review meetings.
• Develop, review, update and deliver EHS related training materials.
• Organize the local internal and external audit process in compliance with the Group audit framework
• Monitoring of performance on objectives and targets and reporting progress to the local country/region leads and where relevant, and Sustainability Board

Your home base at Capgemini Netherlands

You will join a team of EHS consultants with hubs in Utrecht, India, Brasil and UK. Team members have varying levels of experience ranging from apprentice through to senior consultant. The team meets regularly in person and/or virtually to collaborate, share and learn.

In addition, you should have:
• Understanding of Environmental and Energy Management Sytems – experience would be advantagous.
• A background - via previous education and/or experience - in environmental science, environmental engineering, compliance or consultancy.
• Fluency in English and French language is essential – other languages a plus.
