Your Role

• Configure and customize Fusion Framework (built on Salesforce) to support business use cases, workflows, and dashboards

• Develop and maintain custom objects, flows, validation rules, Lightning pages, approval processes, and custom metadata

• Build and optimize custom components (Apex, LWC/Visualforce) where needed

• Manage data models, permission sets, roles, profiles, and sharing rules

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional technical solutions

• Support integration with external systems (ServiceNow, email platforms, data sources, etc.)

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks

• Maintain system documentation and provide end-user support or training when required

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and administration

• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and approval processes

• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Process Builder

• Experience with Salesforce security model, including OWD, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets

• Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset) and deployment best practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
