YOUR ROLE

As a Data Analyst at Capgemini, you will support the full lifecycle of complex deals, combining strong data analysis skills with a hands-on approach to daily operations and process automation. You'll be responsible for tracking and maintaining critical deal-related activities while ensuring accurate and timely billing to our partners.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Managing end-to-end analytical and operational support across ordering, booking, order fulfillment, invoicing, and data repository maintenance for complex deals
• Tracking and validating each step of the deal process, ensuring data integrity and that all information is current and accurate
• Monitoring and ensuring precise and scheduled billing to partners, resolving discrepancies promptly
• Identifying opportunities for automating repetitive daily tasks and implementing small-scale automation solutions to improve efficiency
• Creating and maintaining dashboards for internal and partner-facing stakeholders using Power BI and MS Access to track daily activities throughout the deal lifecycle

YOUR PROFILE

• 2+ years of proven experience in data analysis and/or business operations, preferably supporting complex deals or projects
• Hands-on proficiency with MS Access and Power BI for data management and visualization
• Experience implementing basic automation solutions (e.g., macros, workflow tools, scripts) to streamline daily operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
