YOUR ROLE
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum methodology.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and ensure it is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team.
- Track and manage project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Facilitate communication between the development team, Product Owner, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and any issues that may arise.
- Remove impediments and roadblocks that may hinder the team's progress.
- Support the team in maintaining a sustainable pace and work-life balance.
- Promote a positive and inclusive team culture.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Experience working on data engineering or BI projects is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodology.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
- Advanced English is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high customer focus.
