YOUR ROLE

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum methodology.
  • Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and ensure it is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team.
  • Track and manage project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
  • Facilitate communication between the development team, Product Owner, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and any issues that may arise.
  • Remove impediments and roadblocks that may hinder the team's progress.
  • Support the team in maintaining a sustainable pace and work-life balance.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive team culture.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • Experience working on data engineering or BI projects is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
  • Advanced English is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high customer focus.
