Sogeti Belgium is looking for a Medior Business Development & Client Manager to join our team and help expand our presence in the Mid Market segment. If you’re passionate about building client relationships, identifying business needs, and delivering tailored IT solutions, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
YOUR ROLE
As a Business Development & Client Manager, you will:
- Engage with clients and prospects to understand their business challenges.
 - Propose customized services and solutions.
 - Collaborate closely with Practice Leaders, Expert Leaders, and the sales team.
 - Support consultants during their assignments to ensure client satisfaction.
 - Report to the Sales Lead, who will coach and guide you throughout your journey.
 
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking someone who is:

YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
 - Minimum 2 years of experience in IT consultancy sales, preferably in the Belgian Mid Market.
 - Proven success in selling staff augmentation and project-based services.
 - Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
 - Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
 - A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
