Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network & Security Operations Engineer with 6 - 9 Years of experience to join our team at Bengaluru location to lead and manage critical infrastructure operations, including network, firewall, proxy, and SD-WAN environments. The ideal candidate will provide L3 support, drive service delivery excellence, and ensure compliance with ITSM standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise, process discipline, and bilingual communication skills in English and Japanese to collaborate effectively with global and local teams.
- Lead and manage operations for network and security infrastructure (NW, FW, Proxy, SD-WAN)
- Provide L3 support including advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation management
- Administer firewall and proxy environments, including upgrades, patching, and integration
- Maintain and update operating procedures and manuals for service delivery
- Adhere to ITSM best practices, KPIs, and SLRs; report performance against SLRs
- Participate in planning, analysis, and service improvement initiatives
- Support change, configuration, release, and asset management processes
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer programs
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processes
- Support security management, monitoring, incident response, and compliance with privacy and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively in English and Japanese (JLPT N2/N3) with global and Japanese stakeholders
