Job Description
- Lead end-to-end software delivery across multiple projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Apply scientific and engineering principles to analyze and solve complex software problems.
- Oversee software design, development, and optimization activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Act as a key contributor and technical authority in software engineering, providing guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and proactively offer solutions.
- Manage project risks, resolve technical challenges, and ensure delivery against commercial and technical goals.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering teams.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in software engineering and delivery management.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, programming concepts, and development methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, project planning, and risk management.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and drive team success.
- Awareness of profitability and cost management in project delivery.
