Your role:

• You will participate in the development of automated mobile heavy equipment that removes humans from the dull, dirty, and dangerous jobs

• Create and manage CAD models and drawings, including importing, simplifying, and documenting designs.

• Develop CAD models of existing hardware to support integration and improvement.

• Collaborate with product owners to define requirements and ensure designs meet performance, safety, and usability goals.

• Coordinate design efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.

• Validate component and subsystem designs through prototyping and testing.

• Provide technical input to support the creation of assembly documentation, operator manuals, and maintenance guides.

• Partner with vendors and suppliers during hardware builds to ensure design intent is met.

• Drive the development, review, and implementation of safety requirements across systems.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s a plus).

• 2-4 years of experience in Mechanical Design, automation, robotics, or related areas (internships count).

• Proficiency in SolidWorks for modeling and drawing creation.

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing methods.

• Basic understanding of GD&T

• Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, or hardware builds preferred.

• Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems

• Basic understanding of Stress/strain (FEA) and vibration analysis

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Advanced English Communication.
