We are looking for a Solutions Project Manager to lead the implementation of Enterprise Diagnostics Informatics (EDI) solutions in healthcare environments. This role is ideal for professionals with strong project management skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for delivering impactful digital health solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer environments, including IT policies, workflows, regulatory constraints, and key stakeholders.
- Align customer needs with EDI solutions using structured methodologies such as PRINCE2.
- Drive customer satisfaction, measured through Net Promoter Score (NPS) and continuous feedback.
- Set clear delivery expectations in collaboration with sales and account management teams.
- Produce and maintain project documentation in line with PRINCE2 and SOLID standards.
- Manage customer acceptance processes and support revenue recognition tracking.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful and timely solution deployment.
- Transition projects to support teams for ongoing maintenance within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Use project management tools to track progress and ensure transparency.
- Collect and report Voice of Customer (VoC) insights to improve future implementations.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex projects in the high-tech or healthcare IT industry.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with RIS, PACS, VNA, Digital Pathology, and imaging software.
- Solid understanding of IT networks and healthcare systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with EDI, order management, software deployment, application support, and training.
- Knowledge of Expect, network analyzers, and strategic workforce planning is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
