REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Hands-on experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter or equivalent) in L2/L3 support roles.
  • Working knowledge of .NET and Java-based applications.
  • Experience in system monitoring, job scheduling, and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have Skills:

  • Experience with Visual Studio and Java development environments.
  • Exposure to enterprise integration scenarios involving CAD/ERP systems.
  • Ability to write and optimize PL/SQL queries for diagnostics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2/L2/L3 support for Teamcenter PLM and custom PLM systems, including issue resolution, user assistance, and system troubleshooting.
  • Deliver technical support and training to end-users on PLM system usage and best practices.
  • Support and maintain integrations with CAD, ERP, and other enterprise tools to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Monitor system health, scheduled jobs, and server performance; proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams including Infrastructure, Storage, and Network to resolve environment-related issues.
  • Document and track issues, resolutions, and improvement opportunities in support logs and knowledge bases.
