Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a Sr Director level executive to Delivery Leader role
• Leader, who is accountable for E2E delivery of projects, programs with 20MN+ portfolio in Auto & Aerospace sector
• Should have managed Delivery for large, complex accounts / clients as part of portfolio management involving diverse technologies, preferably in Automotive or MFG domain
• Individual is expected to have good understanding of technology in any of the ERPs (preferably in SAP) with strong business process understanding in Automotive or MFG domain
• Desired candidate is expected to be EM level 2 certification
• Has client centric mindset, drive conversation with client IT leaderships & business, maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs
• Driving innovation and transformational agenda internally and with client organizations
• Has strong understanding on RFP process, extensively involved in Deal reviews and provide guidance to the solution team, review SOWs and MSA’s
• Should have strong analytical skills with good financial understanding, revenue recognition process and ensures finance compliance, Forecast aligned
• Should have demonstrated Delivery Process improvement, Productivity Improvement and has good understanding on Agile model of working, awareness of GenAI and usage of GenAI tools for day to day activities
• Financial Management including managing FP programs, Forecasting and Driving Margin Improvement programs
• Contract Management, ensures all programs are delivered as per contractual requirements
• Quality Management and Risk Management for the top accounts and the portfolio / sector
• Work with multiple internal stakeholders, service lines and support functions to drive required outcome and deliver as per contractual commitments
• Should have managed large team, mentors and guides EMs and CDPs, fosters a culture of excellence & process compliance
• Experience in handling India based client stakeholders for large global conglomerates is preferred
Our Ideal Candidate
• They will have 18-22 years of experience with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales. A bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is strongly preferred.
