YOUR ROLE
Join Capgemini as an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant and help leading organizations optimize their employee compensation strategy through end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
As a SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant, you play a key role in delivering an impactful solution.
Your responsibilities will be:
1. Preparation & Discovery
- Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze and understand their business requirements
- Advice on solution design and possibilities within SuccessFactors
- Lead workshops and demos to present the proposed solution
2. Realization & Configuration
- Translate business needs into efficient HR processes
- Configure the Compensation module in SuccessFactors
- Support testing activities alongside the client and project team to enable seamless adoption of the solution
3. Training & Enablement
- Train clients to drive successful adoption and maximize engagement with the implemented solution
- Develop and deliver tailored training materials to empower end users and ensure confident usage
4. Deployment & Relationship Building
- Lead go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition
- Foster long-term relationships by providing post-deployment guidance and support
YOUR PROFILE
- A bachelor's or master's degree combined with SuccessFactors Compensation end-to-end project experience
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module is a must
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee central module is a big plus
- A collaborative mindset & customer-oriented attitude to deliver high-quality solutions
- Rigorous & actively listening to satisfy clients through high quality services
- A native speaker in French or Dutch and professional working proficiency in English
