YOUR TEAM/ PROJECT:
Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. As an S/4HANA Transformation Functional Architect, you will play a key role in leading large-scale SAP implementation projects across various industries. You’ll be responsible for designing end-to-end business processes, aligning SAP solutions with client needs, and guiding them through their digital transformation journey to S/4HANA.
YOUR TASKS:
- Lead the functional design and architecture of S/4HANA transformation projects across all core modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, etc.).
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Define project scope, process flows, and system configurations in alignment with SAP best practices.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
- Conduct workshops and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring alignment on functional and technical aspects.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide functional consultants across modules to ensure quality delivery and knowledge growth.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP implementations, with deep functional expertise (various modules).
- Proven experience in leading S/4HANA transformation projects from blueprint to go-live.
- Strong understanding of E2E business processes and their mapping in SAP.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German is a strong plus).
- Ability to work in complex, global environments with multiple stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with industry-specific SAP solutions (e.g., Retail, Manufacturing, Utilities).
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery models.
- German language proficiency.
