Your Role
- Lead SAP Basis administration for S/4 HANA systems with a strong focus on BODS and SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN)
- Perform SAP ABAP & JAVA system troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Execute SAP installations and upgrades using SUM and SWPM
- Manage system refreshes and client copy activities across SAP landscapes
- Administer and optimize databases such as HANA, ASE, MAXDB, SQL, or Oracle
- Monitor and tune database performance for at least one supported DB platform
- Integrate and support additional SAP components including PO, FIORI, and Content Server
- Handle incident and service request management in alignment with SLAs
- Ensure high-quality documentation and effective communication across teams
- Coordinate overlapping maintenance activities and manage stakeholder interactions
Your Profile
- 6 to 12 years of experience in SAP Basis administration with hands-on expertise in BODS and SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN)
- Strong experience in SAP ABAP & JAVA stack troubleshooting, system installation and upgrades using SUM/SWPM, database administration and tuning (HANA/ASE/MAXDB/SQL/Oracle), and system refresh/client copy processes
- Exposure to additional SAP products such as PO, FIORI, or Content Server
- Proficient in incident/service request handling and SLA adherence
- Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills
