YOUR TEAM/ PROJECT:
We change the world using technology, providing software that you use when driving a car, crossing borders safely in Europe or receiving a shipment of clothes from your favorite brand.

We use modern tools and frameworks to design and implement cloud ready systems, custom Java and .NET projects and GenAI solutions.

YOUR TASKS:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
- Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Close cooperation with the client at various levels within the organizational structure, including reporting, negotiations, conducting workshops, and providing consultancy as trusted advisors.
- Expanding cooperation with the client beyond the current context, supporting pre-sales activities and delivery-led add-on sales.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies between projects.
- Monitor program performance using KPIs and ensure timely reporting to leadership.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program continuity.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to organizational best practices.
- Manage the project budget with full responsibility for the financial outcome.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in program management within a matrixed or global organization.
- Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, SAFe).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English and German communications skills
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
