Technical Support Engineer
As a Cisco Collaboration Engineer at Capgemini Engineering, you will be a key member of our Network Engineering team, supporting and implementing Cisco collaboration solutions for our clients. You will work in a dynamic environment where you can grow your technical expertise while delivering high-quality solutions. In this role you will play a key role in: o Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) features and functionality o Supporting IP phone registration, configuration, and troubleshooting o Implementing and maintaining Cisco collaboration infrastructure components o Analyzing and resolving routing and switching issues that impact voice services Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions o Documenting technical processes and creating knowledge base articles Your profile o 1+ year of experience working with Cisco collaboration technologies o Knowledge of IP phone boot-up processes and phone registration o Understanding of Cisco infrastructure and networking fundamentals o Familiarity with routing protocols and OSI layer concepts o Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues o Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
