• Experience in SAP S/4 Change Management Implementation programs (SAP WalkME a plus)
• Well-developed project management and facilitation skills

• Ability to develop client relationships, identify and qualify sales opportunities
• Works well in a fast-growing environment with the ability to deliver on time
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements
• Exhibits a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive,

• Highly structured and conceptual mindset coupled with strong quantitative and
analytical problem-solving aptitude
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills within a team environment
YOUR PROFILE

• Mentoring consultants/associate consultants and motivating a successful team
behavior
• Assessing clients' problems critically, structuring analyses, applying analytical
frameworks, and conceptualizing strategy development
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of industry landscape and trends
• Applying methodologies to deliver exceptional results carefully tailored to customer
needs
• Supporting internal practice development and business development activities
• Collaborating with team and clients to define long-term vision, goals, and strategies
• Demonstrating strong consulting and advisory skillset including analytical capabilities,
ability to synthesize content and translate it into sound recommendations and deliverables
• Leading or being a team member of Workforce & Organization transformation
projects with large client organizations
• Simplifying and bringing clarity to challenging situations, models, and issues to create
structured actions and recommendations
• Testing and presenting insights and recommendations to clients
• Demonstrating ability to drive blended teams of management consultants, junior
team members, technology, data analysts, and implementation specialists to deliver
according to plan (scope, quality, and schedule)
• Mentoring and coaching others to deliver quality results and promote others'
professional development
Must have an awareness of how to Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency across the organization

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $80,000 to $150,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
