We're seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central Team Lead with either a Functional or Development background. You will be managing a team of professionals (developers and consultants), as well as partnering with clients to understand their business objectives and advising them on how to leverage their solution to achieve these goals. You'll gain a deep understanding of each client's organisation to ensure successful delivery, offer support in resolving issues and suggest enhancements to improve their existing systems. This role's focus is to engage with clients, to deeply understand their goals, challenges and opportunities and take initiative in driving progress, conducting regular meetings and providing actionable insights.
Lead and manage our D365BC Operations team
Providing day to day proactive advisory services to our clients
Working in a strategic partnership with our Service Delivery Managers
Maximizing business value for clients by anticipating client needs, recommending best practices and suggesting future enhancements
