The focus of your role:

This position will help our clients understand the impact and use cases of Data & AI and to advise them when developing their Data & AI strategies. It requires a strong understanding of Data & AI technologies and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights. You will empower our clients to define and implement a data journey that directly supports their strategic goals.

What you'll do:

As a member of the AI & Data team you will:

• Stay at the forefront of Data & AI advancements, translating emerging trends and insights into digestible and actionable recommendations for Capgemini clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop business opportunities for Data & AI applications.
• Contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle, from architecture and strategy to implementation.
• Be part of projects using agile methodologies, adapting to specific client requirements.

What you'll bring:

• 1+ year’s of experience in Data or AI Consulting
• Experience delivering data transformation programs across industries
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, leading a client along the journey.
• A degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related discipline).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. With a proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
