Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Exchange Support Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive consulting experience and a proven track record in supporting and enhancing Exchange and M365 applications for customers


Responsibilities:
• Providing support and management of Exchange Online.
• Utilise PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and enhance the efficiency of Microsoft 365 implementations.
• Provide expert consulting services to clients on Exchange and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with existing On-Premises infrastructure, such as Active Directory, servers, network, EUC, and applications.
• Ensure the security and compliance of Microsoft 365 environments.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on Microsoft 365 applications.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Exchange and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and Exchange technologies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects and fulfillment of client requirements.

Your Profile

• Deep understanding of Exchange Online architecture, mailbox management, transport rules, and compliance features.
• Experience with PowerShell for Exchange Online (e.g., ExchangeOnlineManagement module).
• Knowledge of mail flow, connectors, and hybrid configurations.
• Experience configuring and managing Exchange Hybrid deployments using the Hybrid Configuration Wizard (HCW).
• Understanding of coexistence scenarios, free/busy sharing, and mailbox moves between on-prem and cloud.
• Proficiency with Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
• Experience with Modern Authentication, OAuth, and Conditional Access Policies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview (formerly Compliance Center), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Retention Policies, and eDiscovery.
• Understanding of email encryption, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API is a plus.
• Use of tools like Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Message Trace, Service Health Dashboard, and Exchange Online PowerShell for diagnostics.
• Ability to troubleshoot mail flow, client connectivity, and sync issues.
• Strong experience with other Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive and MS Teams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications:
• NV1 Security Clerance is mandatory for this role.
• Microsoft Certified: Exchange Online Administrator Associate is desirable
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals is desirable
• Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert is desirable
