Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support strategic and operational initiatives by bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams
- Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Support the design and implementation of data-driven solutions that enhance business performance
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and track KPIs
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
Your Profile
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical requirements
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
