RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum practices, values, and principles.
Cloud basis, preferably Azure. - Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog. - Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 6+ years of experience
- Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum practices, values, and principles.
- Cloud Basis (Azure preferably)
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
- Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders.
- Promote Agile best practices and support Agile transformation initiatives.
- Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions.
