ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced BOT AI and GenAI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and integrate AI-driven BOT solutions across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Google Contact Center AI (CCAI), Ultimate AI, Genesys Cloud, and GenAI (LLM-based integration) with ChatGPT 4o and Gemini Flash 1.5, along with strong experience in API integration, cloud automation, pipeline deployment and conversational AI using JavaScript scripting language. This role focuses on enhancing BOT capabilities, improving customer experiences, and optimizing system performance through analytics, incident management, and A/B testing.
YOUR ROLE:
- Develop and integrate chat and voice BOTs across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Genesys Cloud).
- Implement APIs and connect BOTs to cloud services (GCP Pub/Sub, BigQuery).
- Automate deployments and monitor performance using GitHub, Terraform, Grafana, and Splunk.
- Manage incidents, run A/B tests (Optimizely), and improve BOT UX and accessibility.
- Support multilingual content and knowledge management using Phrase and JIRA.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Experience with Google CCAI, Ultimate AI, GenAI (ChatGPT 4o, Gemini Flash 1.5).
- Strong JavaScript and API integration skills.
- Familiarity with GCP, GitHub, Terraform, HTML/JSON, and monitoring tools.
- Agile workflow experience and knowledge of accessibility standards.
- Fluent English
