Your Role
The EUC Ops Manager is the single point of accountability for the operational delivery of SD, EUC & Identity & Access management (IDAM) services for the Client. They have total accountability over all aspects of the delivery of the run services for their domain as follows:
- Ensuring effective delivery of the end-to-end run services (including 3rd Parties), in line with SLAs and other contractual commitments and obligations
- Direct management of all run resources dedicated to the account and leadership of all resources assigned including resource optimization
- Proactively monitoring quality and client satisfaction
- Front end leadership in crisis and effective management and resolution of day-to-day escalations associated with delivery quality issues and compliance requirements
- Drives communication and escalations on all Major Incidents
- Management of key risks/operational issues with the client
- Delivery of all operational reporting to the account governance team
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly operational reviews across the account
Your Profile:
- 5 to 10+ years of experience within operations management with a proven track record in cost performance, delivery, and client management
- Ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, customer driven environment and handle multiple priorities
- Good knowledge of financial and contract management
- Experience in stakeholder management, including conflict resolution
- Knowledge of latest technology trends, tools, and solutions
- Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure Services portfolio, sector offers and market challenges
- ITIL v4 certification
