At Capgemini Invent, we believe transformation starts with people. As a Future of Work Consultant you’ll help clients navigate complex organizational change, ensuring their people, culture, and capabilities are aligned for long-term success.

You’ll co-design future-ready operating models, lead strategic change initiatives, and support HR and workforce transformations that go beyond process redesign to truly reshape how organizations work. Whether it’s enabling leadership, fostering cultural shifts, or guiding AI & GenAI adoption, you’ll be a trusted advisor in building resilient, adaptive, and inclusive workplaces.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you’ll bring innovative, people-centric solutions to life, making transformation not only possible, but sustainable.

Your impact

Workforce Transformation

• Co-create future-ready workforce strategies aligned with business goals.
• Support clients in redefining roles, skills, and capabilities.
• Use workforce analytics and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions.

Change Management

• Lead change journeys from strategy to execution.
• Design stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans.
• Build internal change capabilities through coaching, while embedding a shared vision and transformation story.

Organizational Design & Culture

• Support the design of the target operating model, focusing on organizational structures, governance, and ways of working including Agile and network-based models.
• Facilitate cultural transformation and leadership alignment, grounded in human experience principles.
• Enhance employee experience and engagement strategies to drive sustainable behavioral and organizational change.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work across Capgemini Invent’s practices (e.g. Corporate Experience, Business Technology, Frog - Customer First).
• Leverage digital tools and emerging tech to drive transformation.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and thought leadership.

What makes you thrive in this role

• 1–8 years of experience in consulting or transformation roles.
• Passion for people-centric change, organizational design, or workforce strategy.
• Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, PROSCI) is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
• A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a drive to make an impact.
• Solution-minded with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
