Job Description
Purpose
- Reinforce the logistics team by managing a backlog of deviations in a complex environment.
- Conduct root cause analysis, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement corrective actions.
- Improve deviation management processes and coach the logistics team to enhance their capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and resolve the backlog of deviations.
- Understand logistics and warehousing processes to assess issues thoroughly.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams for resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
- Challenge existing conclusions and ensure accuracy.
- Coach and mentor logistics team members.
Your Profile
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred).
- No specific certifications or licenses mentioned, but relevant experience is critical.
Must-Have Competencies
- Strong experience in deviation handling and root cause analysis.
- Deep knowledge of GMP warehouse management and SAP inventory systems.
- Proven coaching and mentoring experience.
- Ability to challenge existing work and ensure thorough analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- High attention to detail and a mindset for continuous improvement.
