Overview:

We’re looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Business Analyst to support a major digital transformation programme. As part of our client-side Business Analysis practice, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to bridge the gap between current and future business states. You’ll drive change, build consensus, and deliver actionable insights that shape strategic decisions.

Your Role:

  • Experience in Financial Services, in any of Credit & Lending, Banking, or Investments.
  • Experience of working in an agile project team, experience of the tools used to provide this, for example, Confluence and Agile Central.
  • Agile Business Analysis training or qualifications.
  • Knowledge and understanding of applications used by PB businesses and shared Group applications.
  • Facing Product Owners (dependent on projects but includes Banking, Credit and Investments), Legal and other functional groups to keep appraised of the project.
  • Acting as a role model and coach across the wider team and functional partners.

Your Profile:

  • Demonstrable experience in a BA role with evidence of both business and technology change delivery.
  • Depth of experience working in an agile project team and documenting requirements using User Stories.
  • In-depth evidence of analysis techniques covering all phases of the project lifecycle, both Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience of implementing changes on Private Banking platforms.
  • Identifying requirements, capture and prioritization, balancing the need for flexibility with the need for certainty ensuring that we book products in a safe and controlled way.
  • Identifying and engaging with dependencies and interfaces between projects and programme work streams and identification of risks and issues affecting delivery.
