YOUR ROLE
As a Technical Project Manager, you will operate at the intersection of advanced semiconductor R&D, project execution, and partner collaboration. You will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary projects, often within EU-funded or industry-consortium framework, focused on cutting-edge domains such as quantum computing, advanced logic, emerging memory, and 3D integration.
- Project Coordination & Execution: Lead client's contributions to large-scale semiconductor R&D projects. Define and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Ensure technical alignment and timely execution across internal teams and external partners.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical interface with consortium partners, universities, and public funding bodies.Organize and lead project meetings, reviews, and reporting cycles. Collaborate with client's technical managers and financial teams to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and budget adherence. Ensure accurate time and cost tracking in client's internal systems. Support internal reporting to senior management and escalate issues as needed.
YOUR PROFILE
- Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor R&D or project management.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a high-tech environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with EU-funded project frameworks is a plus.
