Role : Business Analyst
Location: Milwaukee WI

You're the kind of person who has:
• Experience investigating, evaluating, interpreting, and classifying business data using various techniques to meet business needs.
• Understanding of the activities, tasks, deliverables and techniques for documenting current business processes; ability to identify problems, opportunities, and re-engineering processes, to make improvements.

You can expect to:
• Capture requirements by demonstrating a variety of business analysis techniques.
• Participate in detailed research related to our software and how it functions to meet clients' requirements.
• Critically analyze, negotiate and actively contribute to decisions on requirements. This includes engaging appropriate parties to facilitate the identification of problem and root cause, and facilitate decision-making.
• Work closely with Product Owners to understand the vision and relay this into requirements.
• Play an active role on the development team including contributing to the scrum ceremonies.
• Understand current business environment, client and partner requirements and apply this knowledge to ensure that work you're doing meets the business requirements.
• Craft, contribute to and maintain business analysis documentation, ensuring high level of specification completeness, quality and consistency.
• Review and understand the requirements of our clients in the banking and financial industries and translate them into detailed specifications for use by the development team.
• Incorporate approved improvements into the specification and documentation set on an ongoing basis and update the standards.

Basic qualifications for consideration:
• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience with negotiation, problem solving, decision-making skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring others in the BSA\BA role.
• Experience with WINS solutions stack (Windows Server, IIS, .Net, SQL Server).
• Experience with wire frame tools such as Balsalmiq.
• Familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS)\Jira and similar Agile development software tools.Experience writing analytical queries using T-SQL\SQL Server.
• Experience with Agile\Scrum SDLC methodologies.

Preferred qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Finance
• Travel Required: up to 10%'

Salary Transparency Language:

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $61087 to $104364 /yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
