Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve potential issues in our infrastructure and applications.
• Perform log analysis to gain insights into system behavior, troubleshoot problems, and optimize performance.
• Actively participate in incident management and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and prevent future incidents.
• Design and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or disasters.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce service level objectives (SLOs) and error budgets.
• Implement and manage containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes to enable efficient application deployment and orchestration.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or similar role.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Chef.
• strong knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques for infrastructure and application monitoring.
• Experience with log analysis tools and techniques to identify and troubleshoot system issues.
• Proficiency in incident management and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions using scripting or programming languages.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing services and their respective offerings.
