Join our dynamic team and play a key role in sourcing top engineering talent across domains such as software, embedded systems, device testing, and more. Support hiring for leading-edge projects in aerospace, automotive, and medical device sectors.
Your Role :
Collaborate with hiring managers to define and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals in PLM and engineering.
Source, screen, and engage candidates through online platforms, referrals, and direct outreach, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals in niche PLM areas, including Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, and ENOVIA.
Attract passive talent by effectively communicating our Employee Value Proposition and the impact of our work in regulated industries.
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with industry-specific hiring standards.
Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) to optimize hiring strategies and report performance to leadership.
Draft inclusive and compelling job descriptions to attract diverse talent.
Support offer negotiations and onboarding in alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.
Foster strong stakeholder relationships and influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights.
Your Skills and Experience :
5-7 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on PLM and engineering roles, preferably in a services or staffing environment.
Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and KPIs.
Proficiency in sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
Experience hiring for regulated industries (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485).
Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and MS Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
