Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Integration BA (London Markets) with expertise in one or more of the following modules to work within Migration Workstream:
Your Profile:
- Good amount of expereince in London Market (LM concepts)
- Knowledge on Insurance domain - Policy, Claims or Billing systems
- 8 years of hands-on experience with Insurance products (Policy, Claims or Billing) - Guidewire or equivalent (Eclipse/Duckcreek/Sapiens)
- Solid understanding of insurance business processes related to policy, claims, and billing.
- Good Knowledge on BA concepts - requirements elaboration, running workshops, data collection, data analysis
- Solid understanding of Data concepts - Data Analysis, Data Visualisation using tools like Power BI
- Good knowledge on T-SQL and experience in writing SQL Views, SQL Stored Procedures
- Good knowledge on Migration Tools (Preferably Cloud Migration)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge on Agile / Scrum concepts
- Strong analytical, data-analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Your Role:
- Lead the development / implementation of solution design and standards across programme, supporting the business in developing strategies for functions.
- Engage with senior business / IT stakeholders to ensure that the architecture supports business outcomes and can be easily communicated / understood.
- Work with all Group, business, function and Group Architects to ensure alignment of programmes with regional Strategy.
- Implement process and consistent models / blueprints to maintain traceability between strategy, programme portfolio, current and target technology landscapes and solution designs.
- Build and maintain target functional and technical landscapes that describe high level architecture across all products/applications.
- Introduce new practices, processes, operating models, techniques, products, services, technologies and standards where needed against identified use cases, via the appropriate governance bodies.
