Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aveva ArchestrA Engineer to join our Industrial Automation team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Aveva System Platform (formerly Wonderware ArchestrA), and a strong background in industrial control systems, SCADA, and HMI development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement SCADA/HMI solutions using Aveva System Platform (ArchestrA).
- Configure and deploy industrial automation systems for manufacturing and process industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Integrate ArchestrA applications with PLCs, historians, and MES systems.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Provide technical support and documentation for deployed systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and cybersecurity best practices.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Aveva System Platform (ArchestrA).
- Proficiency in industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP).
- Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider).
- Strong understanding of SCADA architecture and HMI design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Aveva Historian and MES integration.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (VBScript, .NET).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards in industrial environments.
- Agile project management experience.
