Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will work closely with senior Architects and technical resources to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.

As a ServiceNow developer, you will be involved in very key ServiceNow projects from within the organization of our customers.

  • Design, develop new and enhance existing solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform system and integration testing within the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Perform incident response, change management and service request and enhancements.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other programs and applications.
  • Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules and workflows and integration to other/related systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications, system design, and process flows.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Keep up-to-date with ServiceNow technologies and industry best practices.

Required Competencies

  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional experience in software development, solution architecture or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant professional experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development, architecture and design.
  • Ability to develop catalog items. workflows, custom web services, notifications, scoped applications, UI and data policies on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience in designing, developing, implementing business applications in ITL, CMDB, Service Request, Change Management, Incident Management Asset Management, Problem Management and Service Portal.
  • Administration skills for managing ServiceNow instances including ACLs, catalog items and UI customizations.
  • You speak fluently English and Dutch/French
  • ServiceNow Developer Certification is a must
