Your role
Projects range from implementations of Cyber Security process solutions up to transformation programs where you ensure Cyber Security is embedded.
- Establish and maintain robust privacy procedures and guidelines, ensuring comprehensive coverage and adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct detailed privacy assessments with key stakeholders, drafting thorough reports and actionable recommendations for enhancing privacy measures.
- Revise and implement corporate privacy policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with current regulations and organizational needs.
- Assess and mitigate privacy risks in customer operations, developing effective strategies to protect sensitive information and maintain compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to privacy regulations, avoiding legal issues and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
- Perform in-depth data privacy analysis of various tools, identifying potential vulnerabilities and recommending improvements.
- Develop and run engaging privacy awareness programs, ensuring all employees understand their roles in maintaining data privacy.
- Drive continuous improvement in privacy practices, staying ahead of emerging threats and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on privacy KPIs, providing clear insights and actionable data to senior management.
Required competencies
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of Dutch/French and English
- Certified in Cyber Security/ architecture, for example TOGAF, SABSA, CISSP, and/or CISM
