Job Description

• Deliver customer satisfaction through API and Integration Design, Developer and Testing roles ensuring consistent use of methodologies with timely and effective delivery execution
• Develop, test, and deploy MuleSoft APIs
• Work with other developers in multiple locations (onshore/offshore) to integrate MuleSoft APIs with other business applications and 3rd party technologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve MuleSoft API issues
• Stay up-to-date on the latest MuleSoft technologies and trends
• Foster Relationships and become a trusted partner and advisor of Customers
• Provide guidance on development feasibility, alternate functionality, and performance considerations
• Ensure requirements are complete and accurate, estimate effort, design, develop and unit test solutions
• Participate and lead technical design and delivery meetings, including show & tell code walkthrough sessions
• Provide timely status updates to project leadership
• Identify and mitigate risks in process and technology
• Be proactive, take accountability and ownership of assigned tasks to meet commitments to clients and colleagues on time and of quality

Job Requirements

• 10+ years working experience with relevant integration tools such as middleware, ESB, ETL / MDM, API Gateway
• Proven delivery track record on medium / large digital transformation programmes with Financial Services and Insurance industry experience desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 3+ years minimum hands MuleSoft experience working MuleSoft v4.x including core components and capabilities such as ESB, APIM, Anypoint Monitoring.
• Experience of MuleSoft in multiple hosting and deployment architectures including CloudHub and RTF
• Other integration technology and delivery experience desirable
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience in working with CI/CD technologies such as git/bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Azure DevOps
• Be experienced in process decomposition, process/ data analysis, scoping, optimisation
• Highly experienced with standards-based technology – JSON, REST, XML, BPEL, Web Services, WS-* Specifications
• Familiarity with Java/J2EE technologies
