Production Support Engineer

What you’ll do?

  • Act as the primary onsite point of contact for customer issues and escalations.
  • Handle tickets and provide L2/L3 support for multiple enterprise applications.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and PostgreSQL databases.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot web applications hosted on various platforms.
  • Use database management tools for maintenance and performance tuning.
  • Handle Linux-based services and perform troubleshooting using shell scripting.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Samba shares for file sharing across networks.
  • Support data operations and queries across AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and PostgreSQL.
  • Utilize deployment and monitoring tools for issue tracking and resolution.
  • Interact with offshore teams and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.
  • Work on Informatica support or coordinate with the Informatica team as needed.

What you’ll bring:

  • Skilled and proactive Support Engineer to manage customer interactions and technical support for multiple enterprise applications.
  • This role involves working closely with customers to understand issues, resolve them efficiently, and ensure application stability and performance.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and it is good to have experience with Informatica and PostgreSQL.
