Your Role
- Implement and configure SAP Solution Manager (7.2) functionalities including ChaRM, ITSM, Monitoring, and Test Suite
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design SolMan solutions
- Integrate SolMan with SAP and non-SAP systems for centralized monitoring and management
- Manage change control processes using ChaRM and oversee transport management
- Set up and maintain system monitoring, alerting, and diagnostics
- Support testing processes with Test Suite and Business Process Monitoring
- Document configurations, processes, and provide user training
Your Profile
- 6–14 years of experience in SAP Solution Manager
- Strong expertise in ChaRM, ITSM, and system monitoring
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and landscape integration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile/ITIL methodologies
