YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical application operations or application support
• Solid understanding of application infrastructure, ITIL processes, and RUN activities
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux or Windows Server operating systems
• Practical knowledge of middleware technologies, such as: MFT (Managed File Transfer), Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere, JBoss
• Good understanding of Microsoft technologies, including: Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell
• Experience with monitoring tools such as: Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, Dynatrace
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

• Experience with relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL), including standalone and clustered environments.

YOUR TASKS

• Perform application-related operational tasks, both standard and non-standard, in accordance with defined procedures.
• Handle incident, problem, change, and service request management (ITIL-based).
• Monitor application performance and availability; adjust monitoring thresholds and parameters as needed.
• Plan and apply patches, updates, and configuration changes.
• Execute and maintain runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure application stability and compliance.
