Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technical Hiring is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to job offers. This role focuses on attracting top-tier talent in engineering, IT, and product development, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.

1. Technical Talent Sourcing

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical candidates.
  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed, Monster, and tech communities to identify and engage passive talent.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future technical roles.

2. Screening & Evaluation

  • Review resumes and portfolios to assess qualifications.
  • Conduct initial technical screens and coordinate with hiring managers for deeper assessments.
  • Align with hiring teams on job requirements and candidate evaluation criteria.

3. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and manage interviews with the Hiring Managers.
  • Ensure interviewers are equipped with structured evaluation tools.
  • Collect and consolidate feedback to support hiring decisions.

4. Offer Management

  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to prepare competitive job offers.
  • Extend and negotiate offers with selected candidates.

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with technical roles, tools, and terminology (e.g., JavaScript, Python, cloud platforms, Network, Agile).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be amenable to work on a hybrid setup in Mall of Asia Business Complex, Pasay City.
  • Must be agreeable to a fixed-term contract of 4 to 6 months.
