Your role
We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented ETL Test Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on expertise in data validation, SQL scripting, and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of ETL testing processes, test case design, and automation using Selenium and Java. A strong grasp of data flow, transformation logic, and reconciliation techniques is essential for success in this role.
- Design, develop, and execute ETL test plans and test cases.
- Validate data transformation, data quality, and data reconciliation processes.
- Perform SQL scripting for data validation and test automation.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand ETL requirements.
- Execute and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
- Conduct parallel and cross-browser testing.
- Work within Agile development environments and participate in sprint planning and reviews.
- Maintain documentation of test results and defects.
Your profile
- Strong experience in ETL Testing (5+ years preferred).
- Proficient in SQL scripting for data validation.
- Experience in test plan and test case creation/execution.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks like Page Object Model and Page Factory.
- Experience with batch jobs, data flow testing, and data quality validation.
