Your role
We are seeking skilled Senior SAP Consultants with experience in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP project management and development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Configure and maintain the SAP O2C (SD) module, and support users and address O2C-related issues.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics for seamless workflows.
- Implement improvements and optimizations in the O2C process.
- Lead SAP O2C implementation and upgrade projects.
- Lead consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Build strong client relationships, providing tailored SAP solutions.
- Facilitate and lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and drive solution design.
- Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet project goals and drive business growth.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to clients and stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) with a focus on O2C processes.
- Strong experience in configuring and maintaining the SAP O2C module.
- Expertise in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
- Proven ability to manage SAP projects and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in at least one S/4 transformation.
Note: Nordic-based and fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is preferred. Open to travel.
