Job Description

As a Damage Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, coordinating, and leading initiatives to reduce damage incidents and improve repair processes across our operations. You will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, driving damage prevention strategies, and ensuring effective collaboration between departments such as Quality, Operations, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Damage Analysis & KPI Monitoring: Track and interpret damage-related KPIs to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Damage Prevention Leadership: Define and coordinate proactive prevention activities, and lead daily meetings.
  • Repair Process Optimization: Reduce repair lead times and stagnation, manage total loss cases, and oversee repair shop performance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Report key findings and progress to management.
  • Warranty Coordination: Act as the point of contact for warranty-related matters, ensuring alignment with QD and OD.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Damage Admin team with reporting and documentation as needed.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Logistics, Operations Management (or a related field) and professional experience in damage analysis or process coordination.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and internal KPI dashboards for monitoring and reporting damage-related data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset for identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.
  • Excellent communication in English and coordination abilities, with experience leading cross-functional meetings and collaborating with diffrent departments.
