We are looking for DevOps Engineers with at least 4 years of experience in software development projects, with fluent French, very passionate intechnology and interested to be involved in a high-tech talent ecosystem, multicultural environment, and in an active and dynamic and open-minded culture.

YOUR ROLE

As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will work in a multidisciplinary and international environment, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and Agile methodologies. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices, cloud architecture, and automation strategies.

In our teams, a DevOps Engineer applies engineering principles and automation to streamline software delivery and infrastructure management. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications in cloud environments.

As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will also take a proactive role in mentoring peers, driving innovation, and ensuring operational excellence.

YOUR TASKS

• Cloud Infrastructure & Automation: Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform. Ensure systems are scalable, resilient and secure.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation or Ansible.
• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI or GitHub Actions. Integrate security and compliance checks into the CI/CD lifecycle.
• Monitoring & reliability: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Cloud-native tools. Ensure high availability and performance of production systems. Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to align infrastructure with application needs. Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices. Participate in technical planning, impact analysis, and budgeting for infrastructure projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends in cloud computing, DevOps, and automation. Propose and implement improvements to infrastructure, deployment processes, and team workflows.

YOUR PROFILE

Has more than four years of relevant experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure. Demonstrates full proficiency in their domain, with a deep understanding of cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code. Works independently with minimal supervision and serves as a key contributor in complex, fast-paced environments. Capable of leading DevOps initiatives, including infrastructure design, deployment automation, and system optimization. Proactively identifies and addresses the needs of internal and external stakeholders, offering solutions and improvements even without direct requests. Skilled at assessing and adapting to project challenges, formulating innovative and scalable solutions, and driving the team toward achieving both technical and business objectives. Maintains awareness of cost-efficiency and may oversee budget considerations for specific infrastructure or automation projects. Communicates complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences and fosters collaboration by mentoring peers and building strong cross-functional relationships.

• Cloud Expertise: Proficient in AWS, Azure, or GCP—including services, architecture, and security.
• CI/CD & Automation: Strong experience with CI/CD tools, Shell scripting, and automation frameworks.
• Containerization: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• IaC & Configuration Management: Hands-on with Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Monitoring & Logging: Experience with observability tools and performance tuning.
• Version Control: Proficient with Git, GitLab, or GitHub.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in French is required to collaborate with teams and clients.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
