YOUR ROLE
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Conduct e2e regression, functional and integration testing across devices/platforms and products.
- Perform requirement analysis, understand functional details, design and execute test cases for the respective feature/platform.
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Computer Related Sciences or similar.
- 3–7 years of QA experience, preferably in POS, retail, or digital platforms.
- Knowledge on Testing Life' Cycle and methodologies
- Knowledge of APIs and Postman tool.
- Identify, log, and track software defects using tools like JIRA.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Proficient in QA tools and test documentation.
- QSR Domain, Mobile Development knowledge.
- Advanced English.
- Please note that this is a Hybrid position, you’ll be required to work 3 days a week in CDMX.
