Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Client Partner to lead and grow our Financial Services portfolio in the Philippines. This role is ideal for a dynamic executive with a proven track record in managing high-value client relationships, delivering transformational programs, and driving sustainable growth across banking and insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Serve as the primary executive contact for key banking and insurance clients, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Growth Leadership:
    Spearhead growth initiatives across the Financial Services sector, managing a portfolio generating over US $15M annually.
  • Delivery Oversight:
    Oversee multi-geography delivery engagements, ensuring excellence in execution, alignment with client expectations, and continuous value delivery.
  • Transformation & Innovation:
    Drive digital transformation strategies leveraging emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Team Leadership:
    Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic objectives and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • P&L Ownership:
    Manage account-level financials, including revenue forecasting, profitability, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

  • 20+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the Financial Services industry.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale accounts and delivering multi-million-dollar engagements.
  • Deep understanding of banking and insurance domains in the APAC region, particularly the Philippines.
  • Strong expertise in digital transformation, technology adoption, and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a global delivery model and manage cross-cultural teams.

Job Description

The client manager is responsible for one or more clients from small clients to group and PACE clients. The client manager has a thorough understanding of the issues strategy and organization. They build a 1 to 3 years strategy roadmap for the account. The client manager becomes a strategic partner and trusted advisor in developing the client shaping opportunities. They coordinate operations and ensure delivery quality.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Understands the client’s local/global strategy, is able to influence the client strategy with the Capgemini strategy and portfolio. Translates this in a rolling 3-year account plan. Understands the market and industry and positioning as industry expert. Is able to generate M€10 – M€50 deals. Local/global client, indicative responsibility between M€20 and M€50 yearly revenue.
