YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Credit Risk Specialist to lead strategic initiatives with top-tier banking clients, focusing on regulatory compliance, process optimization, and Basel IV implementation. In this role, you will analyze complex data to deliver actionable insights, collaborate across teams to enhance business performance, and drive innovation in credit risk management. If you're fluent in English and French, experienced in structured financing, and passionate about improving financial systems, we’d love to hear from you.

YOUR TASKS

• Lead strategic projects with banking clients, simplifying processes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Analyze data to generate insights for senior stakeholders and support strategic decisions.
• Implement Basel IV standards, enhancing risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate across teams to improve business performance and client outcomes.

YOUR PROFILE

• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience in Structured Financing, with strong knowledge of product lifecycles and negotiation processes.
• Proven ability to engage with front-office teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Skilled in data analysis, credit risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with GRR, EAD & CCF remediation, and RWA model calculations (PD, LGD, EAD, CCF).
• Familiarity with financial instruments like Guarantees, LCs, Swaps, and Revolving Credit Facilities.
• Basel IV preparation and internal training experience as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments.
