Job Description
We are looking for 4+ years experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 SME, Lead, or Architect who has extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and related technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in solution design, development, implementation, and client interactions.
- MSCRM Development: Configuration, customization, and coding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Online), 2015, 2013 versions.
- Technical Expertise: Exposure to APIs, SSRS reporting, SSIS, WCS, .NET plugins for Dynamics 365.
- Solution Design & Delivery: Ensure smooth, on-time delivery of high-quality solutions and implementations.
- Project Management: Ability to handle support, development, and implementation projects as per business requirements.
- Client Engagement: Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, with strong consulting and communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and solution-providing capabilities to address complex business needs.
