Job Description - Grade Specific

Design and implement scalable data architectures that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
Lead data architecture engagements for clients across various industries, including FS, Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Tech, FMCG, and Pharma.
Develop and maintain data models, data integration frameworks, and data storage solutions.
Evaluate and recommend cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to enhance data management capabilities.
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance within the data architecture.
Conduct data architecture assessments and identify areas for improvement.
Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of our data architecture offerings.
Mentor and coach junior team members.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in data architecture.

5+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, or a related field, with a strong consulting background.
Deep understanding of data architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with data modeling tools
Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in one or more of the preferred industries (FS, Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Tech, FMCG, Pharma) is highly desirable.
